Maintenance and Development Assistant
- Location: Memorial House, Coalville, Leicestershire - with the opportunity to work from home 2/3 days per week (as agreed with the Manager)
- Hours: 20 hours per week, ideally working 4 hours each day Monday to Friday
- Salary: £13,740 - £15,269 per annum (full-time equivalent of £24,050 -£26,722 per annum)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance and Development Assistant to join our small team and help us continue to make a positive difference to our customers and communities.
About the role
You’ll provide efficient administrative support to the Maintenance Team.
You’ll support the team by carrying out administrative tasks including responding to enquiries, arranging appointments, providing information, and ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
You’ll communicate with both customers and contractors and work with colleagues across the organisation.
This is a busy, varied role, working as part of a great team where no two days are the same!
