The story
A local developer presented an opportunity to develop eight homes on land he owned. Planning permission was granted by Derbyshire Dales DC on the basis of their exception site policy, and helped fund the development along with the HCA.
The homes were constructed using high quality traditional materials, and enhanced with a detailed landscaping scheme.
