The story
This much needed affordable housing scheme on an exception site in a Rutland village was enabled by Midlands Rural Housing working in partnership with Spire Homes.
Most of the operatives working on the scheme were Rutland or Leicestershire residents, and wherever possible materials were sourced from local builders’ merchants. 94% of construction waste from the site was recycled.
