The story
The Peak District National Park was left the cottage and barn in the desirable village of Warslow as part of an estate made over to them in lieu of death duties.
With limited funds available for renovations, the National Park approached Midlands Rural who were able to access funds from the HCA and Staffordshire Moorlands DC to bring the cottage back into use and to convert the barn into two 2-bedroom homes.
